Built on a high-performance Arm Cortex-M4 32-bit RISC core, the STM32F401CCU6 operates at speeds up to 84 MHz. It features 256 KB of Flash memory and 64 KB of SRAM, along with integrated communication interfaces such as SPI and I2C. The device includes six general-purpose 16-bit timers (with one dedicated to PWM for motor control), two 32-bit timers, dual watchdog timers, and up to 36 GPIO pins. In addition, it supports a full set of DSP instructions and incorporates a Memory Protection Unit (MPU) to improve system safety and performance.
