ICM-42605 TDK InvenSense 6-Axis MEMS Motion Sensor
ICM-42605 6-axis MEMS motion sensor integrating a 3-axis gyroscope and 3-axis accelerometer in a compact 2.5 × 3 × 0.91 mm (14-pin LGA) package. It features a 2KB FIFO buffer to reduce SPI/I²C data traffic and enables burst data reading with low-power operation, helping system processors minimize energy consumption while maintaining efficient motion tracking performance.
