The ICM-20602 is a low-power, high-performance integrated 6-axis MEMS MotionTracking™ module that combines a 3-axis gyroscope and a 3-axis accelerometer in a compact 3 mm × 3 mm × 0.75 mm (16-pin LGA) package. As part of the MEMS Motion Tracking series, it features a 3-axis gyroscope and accelerometer with a ±16g full-scale range and operates over a 1.71V to 3.45V supply voltage, delivering precise motion sensing and stable performance for space-constrained and battery-powered applications.
It features on-chip 16-bit ADCs, programmable digital filters, an embedded temperature sensor, and programmable interrupts, delivering accurate and reliable motion sensing performance for advanced applications.
