The MSK5230-2.5H is a military-grade, high-reliability linear low-dropout (LDO) voltage regulator featuring a fixed 2.5V output and up to 3A output current. With a typical dropout voltage of 350mV and maximum output accuracy of ±1%, it delivers stable and precise power regulation. Designed for demanding military, aerospace, and other high-reliability applications, the device operates over a wide temperature range of -55°C to +125°C and features a hermetically sealed ceramic package for reliable performance in harsh environments.
