KU250 Series Ku Band 250W BUC for Satellite Communication
The KU250 series consists of upconversion power amplifiers (BUCs) for satellite communications with a rated output power of 250 W in the KU band. Designed using the industry's most advanced GaN technology, these amplifiers deliver efficient and reliable power output and are primarily used in ground stations. The products feature functions such as temperature monitoring, current monitoring, power monitoring, and alarm protection.
Operating at an RF frequency range of 13.75–14.5 GHz, the KU250W combines high-power amplification with advanced RF performance. The module supports gain adjustment and features low phase noise and excellent spurious suppression, helping maintain signal quality and transmission stability in satellite communication applications.
