HI-8425PCIF is an 8-channel discrete-to-digital sensing IC with four integrated 200 mA low-side drivers, designed for avionics discrete sensing and control applications. The HI-8425 family is also compliant with Airbus ABD0100H requirements. It is supplied in a 40-pin, 6 mm × 6 mm QFN package, with an operating temperature range of -40°C to +85°C and RoHS-compliant packaging.
